Box Office

Tickets to events at the Chaifetz Arena can be purchased in person at the Box Office during the below hours, online through www.thechaifetzarena.com, or charge by phone at 314-534-1111. Please be aware that tickets purchased through phones, Internet and outlets are subject to additional convenience charges.

Box Office Hours

Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm (Closed Saturdays Memorial Day thru Labor Day, unless there is an event)
Sundays: Closed, unless there is an event

The Chaifetz Arena Box Office is located on the north side of the arena at gate B facing the softball field.

Payments accepted

Cash, Credit or Debit Card with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
-Credit Card purchases require a photo ID matching the credit card and the person using it.
-Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Box Office windows. Will Call tickets are printed and available for pick up the day of the event.
-To pick up Will Call tickets you must have a photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number.
-Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Chaifetz Arena cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
-Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope, and only to the person who purchased the tickets with the credit card used and a valid ID.

Children Policy

Unless otherwise designated by a specific event, children 2 and younger do not need a ticket to attend an event as long as they are sitting on a lap. Please check the specific event page for more information.

Accessible Seating

The Chaifetz Arena recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities. The Arena is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines. To purchase accessible seating for any event you must visit the Chaifetz Arena box office in advance or call 314-977-5000 and press 0.

Billikens Basketball

To purchase season tickets, groups, mini plans, special packages please call the Billiken Ticket office directly at 314-977-1260, or please visit the Billikens Ticket Website.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the Box Office, at any outlets, online or via phone. In the event of a show cancellation, all ticket fees and/or charges may not be refunded.
